We want you to love your jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, you have the legal right to request an exchange or return under EU law. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and how we handle returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Accepted Reasons for Exchange or Return

You may request an exchange or return in the following cases:

  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong item
  • You ordered the wrong size (for rings, bracelets, or necklaces)
  • You changed your mind within 14 calendar days of receiving your order

⚠️ Important Note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. This also applies to personalized jewelry, which is custom-made and excluded from return.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact us at juveeleja@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return or exchange.
  3. Once we review your request, we will send you detailed return instructions by email.

Refunds

If your return request falls within EU return rights and is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund of the product cost using the original payment method, within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are not issued for personalized products or opened hygiene items (like earrings).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item:

  • You will need to return the item in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive it, you may choose to receive:
    • A replacement item, or
    • A store credit voucher valid for 30 calendar days. 

Return Window

You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The exact amount will depend on your local postal service rates. All returns must be sent using trackable or certified mail as instructed via email.
